New Staff
In 2008 the MCB took on a new employee, that directly works on the project intelligent container:
Xinwei Wang (ITEM)
Xinwei Wang received her diploma degree in electrical engineering September 2008 at the University of Bremen. Since October 2008 she works as a PhD candidate under Prof. Dr.Ing. Rainer Laur at the Institute for Electromagnetic Theory and Microelectronics (ITEM) at the University of Bremen. Her research interests are platform architectures and protocols of wireless sensor networks. Currently she works on the feasibility of decision architectures and energy management on resource-limited systems. You can contact her under wang(at)item.uni-bremen.de
Since September 2009 a former student of the Graduade School works for IMSAS
Amir Jabbari (IMSAS)
Amir Jabbari received his M. Sc. in Mechatronics (2006) and B.Sc. in Electrical engineering (2004). In August 2009, he finished his PhD in University of Bremen for his research on “application of autonomous fault detection and isolation in measurement systems”. Since September 2009, he has started his researches on “advanced data processing in wireless sensor network” at the Institute for Microsensors, Actuators and Systems (IMSAS). His main research activities are in data fusion, control system, wireless sensor network design, and signal processing. You can contact him under ajabbari(at)imsas.uni-bremen.de
